About Us

Our Track Record

We work in a small office of active professionals. We believe that our size allows us to give the personal touch to each of our clients. Also, we are not caught up in the hype that allows us to rest on someone else’s achievements. We work hard for all of our clients and customers.

At Nicholson Realty we have a clear marketing plan we follow. We will:

  • Place a professional “FOR SALE” sign on your property
  • Place your house in the “Multiple Listing Service”
  • List your house on the Canadian Real Estate Association’s MLS Internet Web Site
  • List your houseĀ on the Nicholson Realty Home Page
  • Take interior and exterior pictures of your home
  • Prepare Information brochure for your house
  • Place advertisements as required in appropriate media
  • Hold public open house as required
  • Arrange open house for realtors as required

We Take Care of our Clients!

We work for the interests of our buyer-client and we do it well. We find the best properties, ascertain value, recommend negotiation techniques, negotiate on behalf of our client, assist in mortgage acquisition and, in general, act as the buyer’s agent. We often act as listing agents too, but if you’re relocating, you’ll probably need buyer representation.
